Holding self

I reached out in the shadowy night, hitting the air, flaying displaying, emotional mess at best.
Holding myself tight once again, saying its ok I’m  here again.
I couldn’t see any part of me, it was like the paint stripper, had started peeling right back, to the bare was this fair?
Slowly with real care, the identity of this here mare, became less rigid, less fixated, less iratated.
As I dropped all thoughts swirling in me, taking control, through the emotional hole.
I uncovered, that all was me, right here, there, everywhere.
I could be the thoughts and grow in them or let them go again.
I could control the bodies feelings, in believing this was so.
All the frequency, the energy of me, the power of the love that I flood, through all constructs of the maze.
That had me in the haze of the head, that was growing, almost blowing, to exploding, including, excluding, trying to figure it out.
So I just let it out.
And into the vastness of the holy place to find the space 🤍💛
